What is Alkaline water?

“Alkaline” refers to the water’s pH level. A pH level above 7 is considered “alkaline” or “basic.” Most bottled water and tap water has pH levels below 6. Our increased pH is easier for the body to absorb and digest, resulting in better hydration.
